Lovely food and great vfm. The house red was the nicest house red we have had in the local restaurants that we ate in in Costa Rei. I had the seafood spaghetti while my wife had the penne with pesto. We were a bit greedy as we followed this up with a half of pizza each, really didn't need this but we were a bit confused by the menu and thought that the pasta would be quite small. It wasn't but it also wasn't so large (like you might expect in the UK) that you couldn't have a small dessert. Recommend eating here. Ask for an English menu (if you are English!) as the menu they pick first is in Italian and German. Anything labelled first course is big enough to be a main, same for second. Appetisers are the starters! Anyway, I highly recommend the seafood spaghetti. The penne with pesto was a bit too much after half way through albeit, very nice. Obviously the pizza was awesome! We were even treated to a selection of sweet fancies after we paid, I had what can best be described as a jammy dodger, my wife a macaroon. Read moreWow, what a special place. We've been in Sardinia for almost two weeks, travelling down the east coast and this was easily the best meal we've had. It was a very busy night and we waited for an hour for food to arrive but we were in good spirits and the drinks and bread arrived straight away. It was totally worth the wait. The house seafood pasta (Isola Verde pasta) was to die for. Easily the best seafood pasta dish I've eaten anywhere in the world. My wife had the sea bream with chips and salad. We didn't need the chips but they were nice. Everything seasoned correctly but could be too salty for some not used to it. The pesto pasta had a real freshness and the pizza was good too. People were queuing to take them away. The waiting staff did a brilliant job staying positive and upbeat on a clearly overwhelming evening....

Two people had a sword fish too dry and not very fresh or deep frozen. Telling our dissatisfaction didn't bother anyone. When we paid our bill of about 250 euro one espresso was missing worth one Euro. We took it from the Tipp as they didn't want to give anything back. Very bad customer and complaint behavior.
