Chalet Rosso — Restaurant in Naples

Sadly I can’t give 0 stars. We paid 4€ for service, which is totally normal in Italy but we did not get any service here. The knives and forks where just thrown on our table, we didn’t got a menu and had to go read everything from a wall, I ordered my drink four times, of which they understood me twice but I didn’t get any drink at all. At the end we had to get up and pay inside. So for what kind of „service“ were we even paying? After not splitting the bill, which confused us at first the owner was a bit rude at though we don’t remember what we ordered. The prices also variate from day to day. So don’t come here if you don’t want to spend unnecessary money...

Height of Greediness!

It's a little street dive restaurant, pizza and service was decent however it ends there.

Bathroom has no running water or toilet paper, wondering how employees clean up!

Beer served in dirty glass with mineral spots all over. We used napkins out of fork and knives packet provided to clean the dirty glass, turns out they charge €1.50 for using forks and knives packet. We were actually charged €3.00 for using napkins from forks are knives packets provided without asking. Basically that's how they hustle tourists.

Tourist trap !!!!!!! No prices written on the menu ….. and the food is disgusting not fresh !!!!! I paid 35 euro for an horrible margarita «  frozen pizza » and a juice «  that was full of chemicals colorant not a fresh juice » ….. insane to see that kind of business existing and targeting the tourists ….. obviously I did not finish the food or eat it was horrible just RUN don’t go to that place it’s not the real Neopolitan food it’s a scam and I got sick from what they served me !!!! Really sad to have that experience in the...
