Gnam — Restaurant in Naples

I can't really give an accurate review so I'll leave 3 stars for now until I can rate the actual food. I waited on a Saturday evening for over an hour as I watched staff seat no less than 3 groups that arrived after I did. Credit due, the owner or manager really did try and assure me I would be seated, however the last couple and my hunger got the better of me. I will try and come back again another time and have a better experience. Confermo che la consegna sia un terno al lotto, e noto inoltre dalle altre recensioni che il gestore invece di prendere in maniera costruttiva le valutazioni dei clienti risponde con arroganza e maleducazione. La mia esperienza è stata una attesa di DUE ORE E MEZZA. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata la maleducazione della persona che risponde al telefono. In seguito ad una telefonata di sollecitazione circa lo stato di preparazione del mio ordine, e poiché mi era stata detta la solita balla quale, "é appena uscito", la "signora" mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia dicendomi che era troppo impegnata per darmi spiegazioni sull'ordine...mai visto nulla di simile! Le avevo anche detto che forse era il caso di bloccare gli ordini al fine di evitare cattive figure (come fanno molti altri ristoratori) e la "signora" mi risponde: "e poi me lo paghi tu lo stipendio?" I panini sono arrivati quasi a mezzanotte, peccato perché se non fossero stati freddi sarebbero stati...

After 1 h of whiting i called the stuff to ask about my order and they replied "15 more minutes and is on the way". Called 3 times, they laughed at me and I never got my order. I was starving, I payed and not even got my money back. I can't belive they are still functioning on...
