Custom service sucks! I reserved for 4 people and stepped in the door minutes after opening, no other customers were there so we attempted to go to a table of our choice but the waitress said "no you have to sit here" (some hard bench seating). Since my back won't be too happy with that we pointed to a bit more comfortable looking seating. She said ok rolling her eyes and saying something under her breath in napolitan to her colleague.. To make things more difficult for the grump we asked to put the 2 little tables together since no way 1 would work for 4 people "NO you can't join the tables"!! she said.. At that point we asked to see the manager and of course there was none lol. We decided to leave letting them know we was going to leave a review for her boss to see and wow that really got their attention. Including her colleague they decided they can actually put the 2 tables together.. WTH!!! Adios you'll never see us again! First and last! Too bad that some nasty employees attitudes messed up businesses without even giving customer a chance to deciding on the food at least.. what a shame! Should be fired and hire someone who...

Was encouraged to go here by the Scotland flag on the door and the traditional decor. It looks like a typical British bar and has nice booths with Leather seats and bar stools so you can sit at the bar. Unfortunately on arrival we were moved from our spot in front of the bar (although the bar was empty) and located in wooden chairs right next to the toilet. Drinks order took 10 minutes to arrive, with waitress checking twice to see if we are eating. Final price of a small beer :5.50. Sad that such a great location was spoilt by...

Siamo andati in 5 senza prenotazione di sabato sera e abbiamo dovuto attendere un’oretta, cosa che ci aspettavamo. Siamo venuti proprio per provare la carne 3D e le opzioni vegane, benché nel gruppo ci sia solo una persona vegetariana, ma è importante sostenere i ristoranti che offrono opzioni vegetali.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo il filetto 3D, che si sposava benissimo con la salsa fornita. Mi aspettavo però un contorno più consistente di una manciata di rucola amara e due fettine di pomodoro.

Gli altri commensali non hanno apprezzato molto il panino con burger vegano impanato in quanto l’abbinamento di sapori era troppo dolce, posso confermare in quanto ho anche io assaggiato il panino.

Chi ha ordinato carne ha apprezzato molto.

Devo peró fornire anche una lamentela: il primo bicchiere ricevuto aveva segni di rossetto, il secondo era comunque macchiato e non pulitissimo. I coltelli erano sporchi ed evidentemente non lucidati a dovere. A chi ha ordinato birra in bottiglia e coca cola non è proprio stato portato un bicchiere e hanno dovuto bere dalla bottiglia.

La scelta dolci era variegata e offriva anche opzioni vegane. Ho assaggiato la cheesecake normale al cioccolato e mi è piaciuta tantissimo.

Il servizio era sicuramente da 3/5, ma dobbiamo considerare l’agitazione del sabato sera e la necessità di servire un’area esterna e interna allo stesso momento.

Il cibo è arrivato molto velocemente.
