Pizzeria - Rosticceria D'Auria — Restaurant in Naples

Last night we wanted to order some pizzas to be delivered.This was at 20.00 hours .We were told that the pizza delivery would take place at 21.45 but,if we went there in person ,it would be quicker .We ordered our food ( 3 margheritas , two aubergine pizzas , mozzarellas in carrozza and frittatinas .We left the pizzeria at 21.15.By the time we got home it was 21.25. Five of us sat at the tables and the pizzas were substandard ! NOT nice at all .Actually I personally have had much nicer pizzas in London. .All of them were dry , overcooked and with very little fiordilatte . The fried stuff was almost dark brown and so greasy . I can only say that we were all disappointed . All of us ,four people who live in the area and myself decided NOT TO GO there again...

This historical family-run bakery serves the neighborhood with a variety of offerings, including bread, pizza, ready-made meals, and a wide selection of baked goods. You can truly see the passion for their craft reflected in all their products. I recently had their pizza, and it was fantastic. Although simple, it had a unique character that sets it apart from the average pizzas offered by many pizzerias today.

They prepare traditional dishes with meticulous attention to ingredients, sometimes adding a modern twist while still respecting the classic recipes. The staff is always friendly, happy to chat and explain the various products and ingredients. It can get busy during peak hours, so be prepared for that.

And I must mention, the "Crocchè"...

Alessandro, Julius and Amelia are wonderful people and they have a beautiful family-run pizzeria in the heart of Vomero. Ciro, Massimo, Vicenzo and Raffaele are all outstanding employees and kind souls. I am fortunate to live very close to here. It is very convenient for me but it is the top-notch service and hospitality that will keep me returning here. Their pizzas are the best in town, and the special ingredient is the love they put...
