Terrible experience – overpriced and misleading

I had the misfortune of eating here, and it was an absolute rip-off. Prices are excessively high, which wouldn’t have been an issue if the food was actually worth it—but it wasn’t.

I ordered a Cuzzetiello with Neapolitan meatballs, which looked full at first glance, but in reality, there were only three tiny meatballs at the very beginning—just for show. The rest of the bread was completely empty and dry. I’m attaching a picture to prove it.

What a bad way of saying goodbye to Naples. The few croissants they have on display look decent, but dont get fooled. We sat down, took a look at the menu and noticed that prices are insanely high, but we thought “at least things will be well done”. 7 EUR for the smallest, soggiest and most tasteless supplì I have ever seen. That sandwich with microwaved ragu was 18 EUR. Pictures speaks for themselves. Please dont choose this as your last meal in Naples if you dont want to go back home sad and...

Man muss fairerweise sagen, dass die Croissants und der Kaffee wirklich lecker und die Preise zwar nicht günstig, aber angemessen sind. Aber der Service ist eine Schande für Neapel und eine Frechheit gegenüber den Kunden. Man darf sich nur an die Tische (die fast komplett frei waren) setzen, wenn man bestimmte Gerichte bestellt. Wenn man Kaffee und Croissants bestellt, darf man nur einen kleinen Bereich nutzen, der immer belegt ist. Also wurden wir mit unserem kleinen Kind quasi rausgeschmissen, obwohl wir dort vergleichsweise teure Produkte gekauft haben und niemandem einen Tisch weggenommen hätten, da der abgesperrte Bereich sowieso kaum besucht war und unser Flug einer der letzten des Tages war.

Hinzukommt, dass wir am Bestellterminal Croissants bestellt und bezahlt haben, die gar nicht mehr vorhanden waren. Von dem alternativen Croissant wurde uns zuerst nur eins anstatt der bezahlten zwei gegeben und ich musste den Mitarbeiter mühevoll überzeugen, dass er einen Croissant vergessen hat und ich kein Betrüger bin.
