Bar Bolla Ristaurante provided an unforgettable dining experience! We started by sharing a fresh, flavorful fish platter that was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. For our main course, we had the fish pasta, which was absolutely outstanding—the pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sauce complemented the tender fish in a rich, savory way.

To top it all off, we indulged in both the tiramisu and panna cotta for dessert, and they were simply superb! The tiramisu was light and creamy with just the right balance of coffee and sweetness, while the panna cotta was smooth, rich, and an absolute dream to finish the meal with.

The warm ambiance and attentive service only enhanced the experience. Bar Bolla Ristaurante is a must-visit for seafood lovers and anyone seeking a perfect dining night. We will...

could not find a better place to have proper and fresh sea food dinner. octopus and potatoes - sooooo much flavour! prawns - sooooooo much flavour! fish - sooooooo much flavour! panna cotta - SOOOOOOO MUCH FLAVOUR, fresh, light, freaking amazing. chilled house bianco wino - light and nice, complementing the foof. the menu is in english, they speak english too. we were properly taken care of before we even sat on our table 🥰 car park in front of the entrance. cafe corretto (acquavite) - spot on! p.s. extra points for really nice prices for the area! will defo be back when we are in Olbia next time 🥰 p.s.2, forgot to take pictures due to excitment...

Can’t say enough good things about this wee restaurant! My mum and I went twice on our stay in Pittulongu. Amazing food, great Sardinian vermentino wines on offer, the loveliest people. I’m vegetarian and they made me a fresh, delicious vegetable pasta off-menu which I really appreciated. My mum lost her sunglasses there the first time, and when we came back a couple days later, the server remembered us and brought them over. Tried the crema catalana for pudding as well which was very moreish. Not only are all the staff so friendly and accommodating but there’s also a polite local dog who came to visit once :) Great food, great people, five...

We were so excited to come to this place, we booked a table in advance. When we came they put us (a family of 3) to a tiny corner surrounded by lots of smelly burning plates (I guess to get rid of mosquitos). It smelled so bad! I instantly starting to feel bad, had a headache. I asked to move it away, they did but only for a little while. Honestly, I don’t understand why they have it. It smells terrible! The food was ok. The white wine was too warm. I didn’t even enjoy the food, because I was swallowing it to run away faster from that smell. I think we could enjoy our experience if there was no this awful smell. The beach restaurants were much better.
