A very disappointing experience.
seafood salad contained a couple of prawns, couple of mussels, no cuttlefish (as listed) and some lettuce and a couple of tomatoes.
Potato fondant that was served with the fillet steak was a pale/white disc of boiled potato that didn’t appear to have been near any butter or stock
Fish course tasted ok but the fish was filleted at the table and presented broken into lots of pieces like the person hadn’t filleted a sea bass before and contained lots of bones. I could have filleted it myself better.
Pasta course - pasta was under cooked (I know what Al Dente is and this wasn’t that). Sauce was bad, oil separated from the sauce.
All in all a very disappointing experience. We did give feedback throughout the meal and they reduced a €265 euro meal (for 2) by €5, when the service charge totalled €8 for both of us.
After a week of incredible food on our honeymoon, we saved Nuska for the last night as it looked like a beautiful and romantic location. It was both the worst and most expensive meal of our trip. A real sad end to our honeymoon
They sent an email asking for feedback. I replied with polite comments on the poor experience and received an email back saying they’d review and be back in touch. I haven’t heard from them since.
All in all, I’d recommend avoiding. Cocktails were good and the views beautiful but we had better meals for 1/3...

Prices not only are higher than in the area but a lot of recipes were very simple and those are recipes I cook when I am tired and in a hurry like the grilled fish or plateau. 88 euro for a sea bream and 45 for a plateau that had 2 oysters, 4 shrimps and some berries as if I had picked them from supermarket, put them into a dish and sold them much more. The other recipes in the menu were similar to other restaurants in area, while there is so much more of Italian cuisine that is almost impossible to find anymore. As a result, after this restaurant, for a week we did not even go to a restaurant anymore because there is no point spending 100-200 euro for simple food I can make at home when the seafood salad from SuperPan in Olbia was wayyyyy better than any seafood that we ate in Pittulongu. I am afraid overpriced restaurants like this are contributing to a new trend where people refuse to spend money at all in restaurants after so many problems with the restaurant industry...

The dinner began with a starter of tartare, which was among the best I have had in a long time – both in terms of flavor and presentation. For the main course, I chose octopus, which was likewise excellently prepared and full of flavor. The meal concluded with a classic tiramisu that fully met expectations.
The level of service was impressive. My partner had secretly arranged for the waitstaff to sing a birthday song, which they performed with great enthusiasm and infectious joy, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
The selection of wine and cocktails was also of high quality and complemented the meal beautifully.
