Friendly until you have a complaint. And not really reliable. We rent a boat for a 100$ /4 hours and i was asking a lot of questions wich were kindly answered. On the boat was explained how we measure the fuel now and after arrival. I did not know fuel is extra, what might be common knowledge but i had other experience before. Instead of apologizing for not mentioning, i was told i signed a contract so i should know about it- contract in italian. For the planed trip i should calculate 20$ fuel. Because of bad weather and following event we made half the trip and still ended with 40$. I went snorkeling to the rock coast and my girlfriend waited in neutral motor position. Motor died and didn't start again. I tried to reach her but the current was too strong. She tried calling the company but wasn't answered. After at least one km an other boat picked me up to drop me at our boat. Apparently the batterie was weak so i had to twist the key for a long time till it started. On arrival after telling this story the manager looked at the phone to realize we called-without any excuse. When asking why we pay double the expected fuel without even finishing the trip same answer- that was our consumption- its in the contract. Even with this bad experience this could easy be 5, with a bit honesty and politeness. Basic information 100$ rent+ expect 50-60$ fuel cost and all good. Sul serio, statene alla larga!

Vi racconto la nostra esperienza fresca di qualche ora. Non siamo soliti recensire locali, magari solo quando sono incredibilmente buoni o incredibilmente orribili. Questo rientra nei terribilmente orribili.

Abbiamo prenotato questa mattina, chiamando direttamente in struttura. Mi ha risposto il titolare Luca e nel mentre prendeva la mia prenotazione per la sera stessa era impegnato in un altra conversazione. Questo mi ha lasciato un po’ perplesso ma ok. Arrivati al ristorante la sera non si trovava (come volevasi dimostrare) la nostra prenotazione e dopo 5 min di giri del povero cameriere che è andato a destra e a manca ci siamo seduti. Già qui onestamente mi sarei alzato e me ne sarei andato. Guardo il menu: scarno, un ristorante di pesce con due primi, tre secondi e quattro/cinque antipasti tra cui neanche una frittura mista di pesce ma “frittura di calamari e patatine”. Stiamo ordinando finalmente ma il titolare (dopo neanche essersi scusato per l’inconveniente) ci interrompe maleducatamente parlando con il cameriere che ci sta prendendo l’ordinazione. Riusciamo ad ordinare due primi (gli unici) e due calici di bianco ma iniziamo a venire circondati da un paio di vespe che daranno fastidio a tutti fuori, visto gente che ci combatteva coi fazzoletti a destra e sinistra e nessuno fare niente e già qui eravamo senza parole. Arrivati i piatti non ci volevamo credere: fregola con un’acquetta marrone insipida, una mozzarella sfilacciata e un mini gamberetto “rosso” (20€) e quattro spaghetti di numero con anche questi un’acquetta sospetta (20€). Abbiamo cercato di finire i piatti in fretta per pagare e scapparcene ma soprattutto cercare di non venire punti dalle vespe che continuavano a ronzarci intorno e a dare fastidio a tutti gli altri nella TOTALE indifferenza del personale di sala e del proprietario. Siamo senza parole, esperienza totalmente da dimenticare.
