WARNING!!!! Do not enter if you are looking for a quick dinner (or in UK terms, a normal dinner)!!! The food service was terrible! We had to wake up at 2am to catch our flight to Olbia, so naturally we were very tired at 9:30pm. We got to the restaurant, and were seated upstairs in an area hotter than outside! Our drinks came at a normal time, and up to this point we were just happy we had found a restaurant to eat at. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, however we waited around 2 hours for our food to show up, at 11:30pm! At this point we were extremely tired, and not hungry at all. We also had to prompt them several times for our food, when given the response “5 minutes” when it actually took much longer and with another prompt! This was not just the case with our table - we saw two other tables having to wait the same amount of time as us and we’re not happy about it. The food quality was very poor - store bought ravioli and tomato sauce, and store bought pasta as well (as I believe they ran out of the homemade). The prawns looked large, however contained very little meat inside them and were needed to be opened by hand (on a pasta). Lastly, all of this cheap food was extremely overpriced, with the bill being around 25 euros per head. I could have made it myself and it would have taken less time, cost less money and been tastier. Maybe this was just a bad day for the restaurant but I will not be returning and I wouldn’t chance it...
Read moreThe staff was quite friendly, other than the "boss". (Just look at the manner in which he responds to negative customer feedback.) The wait time was a bit excessive considering the food wasn't cooked properly. One side was raw, and the other side burnt. We ordered two normal size pizzas and got two normal size pizzas. When it came to payment, the waitress told us to follow here downstairs to pay. The "boss" looked at a piece of paper and started to add up completely random numbers, which ended up being €62. He realised that it may be too much based on my reaction and gave it an other go looking at our actual order. In the end, we still ended up paying for two large pizzas and a bottle of water, but just we just didn't have the energy to argue further. Make sure you all check your bills are correct before paying! Hopefully, this review will help others avoid disappointment and...
Read moreRaw meat in the middle of a pizza called Salsiccia fresca. I had two slices, then came across chewy bits, spat it out into napkin. 80% of meat was cooked. I was really enjoying it at the beginning, and then having found out it was uncooked and chewy, I felt sick. At the till we were supposed to pay full price, we mentioned the issue again. Eventually we paid only for what we ate.
To all customers: Check the meat before you eat, ideally have cooking thermometer with you. And take a photo if there is something off with your food.
To the guy: You said it's the first time in 8 years. You little liar you r. We looked at the reviews after the dinner and well not so long ago, 2 months ago, you served raw meat again.
Waiters were nice and polite. Kudos to them so stars are for them.
oh and my partners...
