Die beste Pizza in Olbia! Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, nett eingerichtet obwohl es eher auf takeaway ausgelegt ist, und man kann dabei zusehen wie die Pizza frisch zubereitet wird und im Holzofen gebacken wird. Der Pizzabäcker versteht und liebt sein Handwerk. Die Servicekraft freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein gut eingespieltes Team. Die Pizza war eine der besten Pizzas die ich je gegessen habe, dem Teig merkt man die 48 Std ruhe an, fluffig, knusprig, hauchdünn und mega lecker, die Tomatensauce fruchtig frisch, der Käse ein Genuss und auch die restlichen Beläge von aller bester Qualität. Einfach ganz Phantastisch, absolut zu empfehlen....

Dire che è una pizza “buona e digeribile” sembra un’offesa per questo capolavoro. Questa è la pizza non solo più buona di Olbia, ma la più buona che abbia mai mangiato in assoluto. La pasta ha una fragranza unica, un profumo speciale come il pane di una volta, anche i palati più difficili possono apprezzare fino all’ultima briciola di questa meraviglia. Nessun problema di digestione, nessuna sete. Noi siamo rimasti sinceramente colpiti. Altro dettaglio da menzionare: la puntualità impeccabile e la gentilezza. Grazie ragazzi e complimenti!
