HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I REPEAT, HORRIBLE!!! If I could put 0 stars I would, never mind it’s not even worth 0 stars!!! We were leaving on our final day there and we were parked in the parking. Suddenly when we got to our car, we saw that it was blocked by a car behind us and infront of us. So we couldn’t leave. We called the manager but they didn’t do anything. So we honked and honked until the car owner showed up. We asked him to move the car politely but refused to. We ended up calling the manager to come down and solve the problem but never came. We had to do everything ourselves with us not being able to speak Italian. We called the police and solved everything ourselves. They never showed up, only nosy people that only lived there and couldn’t mind their own business. And also the people there all have a problem with the tourists....

This place is a residential building. The location is good, but not excellent. Walking at night from the city center can be a little sketchy. Also, as they have multiple appartements in the same location, not always the photos are accurate. We chose it because of the terrace with a view, at the end there was no terrace, no view and it was really dark. Also a parking lot was just outside the rooms... it's a vos house, it needs more cleaning. The devil is in the details, they say. When I moved a bed , there was a layer of dust and dirt under it... it could be...

STATENE ALLA LARGA Ho perso letteralmente 200 Euro per aver proceduto con una richiesta di prenotazione dove richiedevano carta di credito e pagamento totale anticipato. Al momento della conferma della prenotazione ricevo un messaggio automatico tramite e-mail con un link non valido e inutilizzabile. Scrivo e telefono più volte per chiedere conferma dell'avvenuta prenotazione ma mai nessuna risposta. Decido così di rivolgermi ad altra struttura ignara del fatto che il pagamento fosse andato a buon fine dal momento che non avevo ricevuto alcun ulteriore risposta alle mie richieste. Scopro infine che la struttura aveva invece ritenuto confermata la mia prenotazione, aveva incassato il mio pagamento fregandosene altamente delle mie continue richieste di informazioni e rifiuta categoricamente il rimborso sostenendo che "avrei dovuto continuare a chiamare finché qualcuno non mi avesse risposto". Confermo a pieno le tante recensioni negative alle quali, purtroppo per me, si aggiunge...
