restaurant which is in high demand on Olbia, you have to book because it is always full. We went there based on reviews on Google. Restaurant that is rather chic, with a roped entrance and a receptionist. The setting is set and it seems to be the trendy restaurant. The staff is really on top and some speak several languages including Madi, a very pleasant and smiling young Italian. For the meal it is something else, the pizza which seems an institution on the subject disappointed us, the dough was soft and elastic, certainly not cooked enough and water on the bottom of the dough which drips when we brings the slice of pizza to the mouth. Can too much frozen food in this pizza? Then a grilled octopus on a bed of leek puree, very good but the octopus was a bit too rubbery. It's a shame because on two courses, it was not great. Let's move on to the desserts which were also disappointing, a creme brulee not great, but here I'm going to temporize because it's difficult to make the comparison with the one I eat in Nice. The tiramisu was too full of coffee, too much, you feel like you're eating a...
Read moreVERY RUDE Waiter !!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE... We came across the Most Rudest Waiter in all of Olbia in the evening for dinner - skinny male with dark curly hair, unkept, greasy looking, flamboyant, loud mouth with a very arrogant attitude when we had asked about the menu. If we had questions he would first ignore us, then when it was time to ask about the menu, he kept rushing us, was very short !!! We were completely Turned Off & decided to go somewhere else with a much more classy, professional environment, with good service, and fantastic dishes. If the waiter hates his job, he should not take it out on people that he is serving. We came there with a group & will not stand for rudeness especially when it comes to spending our hard earned money! That loud mouth arrogant waiter should take lessons on hospitality & learn some manners when it comes to the service industry ! As a group we would have tipped him well...We decided Nope! No food is worth it especially if a waiter treats you badly !!! What a Complete Disappointment...
Read moreGreat service and amazing food! I have to say that the nice lady who served us was very lovely, very helpful with the menu and very professional. We felt that we get a nice treatment as tourists for the first time in Sardinia. Some of the waiters maybe feel uncomfortable when speaking English, but here was different and the experience was great. We paid between 60-70 euros for our dinner and we had more than enough. We started with their special bruschetta which were around 10 bruschetta mixed with meat and vegetables, absolutely amazing🤤 Then we had 2 pizza (best ones we had in Sardinia so far), some delicious ravioli, and two of their best desserts, tiramisu and one more that I can’t remember. Delicious! Great restaurant, you must try it if you are...
