I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this fast-food place. The bun on the burger was stale, which made it evident that freshness isn't a priority here. The burger itself was unpleasantly greasy to a degree that was off-putting. The fries, saturated with oil, failed to deliver the expected crispy delight. This was one of my worst fast-food encounters. I strongly recommend potential customers to consider other fast-food options for a more satisfying meal experience

I feel compelled to revise my initial review after receiving a response from the establishment that missed the mark. The heart of my complaint was not the presence of pork in the PISTACCHIOSO burger; it was the deplorable quality of the meal.

Overall, the experience was not bad, The place is good, with nice decoration, air-conditioned, the staff is friendly and they have a wide range of beverages and sauces and that was the good part of this place. Regarding the food, I ordered a USA burger, the meat was good and juicy but the bun was bad, not fresh at all and the burger was without sauce you can order a sauce aside but it wasn't enough, The fries were good but also the bacon on the fries wasn't fresh. Honestly, I choose 3 stars because it is overrated especially for the burger. I don't think I will choose this restaurant the next...

Ho potuto provare per la prima volta questo posto, con molto entusiasmo mi aspettavo grandi cose dalla modalità "all you can eat", totalmente inefficiente, perché per quanto passa tra un giro e un altro del servizio, ti passa la fame. Purtroppo devo manifestare la totale insoddisfazione. Servizio super lento, abbiamo atteso oltre un'ora per avere il primo giro dei panini, e il toast era freddo. Approccio totalmente scortese da parte del titolare che nonostante le lunghe attese e nonostante la mancanza di alcune cose che abbiamo ordinato e non sono arrivate, non si è preoccupato di scusarsi, e neanche di salutarci, in attesa alla cassa per pagare, non considerati, perché decisamente interessato a fare le proprie chiacchiere, probabilmente con un amico. Garantisco che per sapere lavorare con la clientela il primo elemento che non può venire meno è sempre la cortesia e l'educazione. Inoltre la carne non era di qualità, il panino con una cotoletta super sottile e il pane grosso e non cotto, la verdura totalmente innacquata. Consiglio maggior attenzione ai clienti, senza preferenze, e sicuramente un maggior numero di dipendenti se non si è in grado di gestire ordini in sala e ordini pervenuti online.
