They may not speak English here but don't let that stop you from visiting this nice restaurant. The staff was always friendly and even offered us a different table that was warmer but we preferred the cool table. Even with the language barrier its possible to communicate what you want through hand gestures. Its also usually a good sign when a lot of the guests are locals also eating.
The lunch prices are a set and affordable price which includes a first and second course followed by a desert. We decided to have some wine, a small bottle of water and coffee but only paid a few euros extra.
Even though the price is not a lot don't think this comes at a cost of quality. The food was delicious and filled us up. This restaurant is a must to visit if you are...
Read moreI was excited to try this place but unfortunately had a bad experience there… I went for lunch and ordered the fregola with seafood, which according to the menu “comes with water” for 10 euros. The dish arrived and it had 3 mussels in it and one langoustine the size of my pinky, so small there was no meat inside it at all. However, the food was rather disappointing, even considering the price, and the pretty low standards of the restaurants on the Sardinian coast (IMHO the worst average food level in Italy, vs really great on the island's interior). The gnocchetti sardi were overcooked, the fried calamari at the level of frozen ones, and the alici far too salty. The cozze verdi were good. All in all, we'd try something else next...
