Durante il nostro viaggio in Sardegna ci siamo fermati a Orgosolo e ci siamo regalati un momento di puro piacere da Giuseppe. Il tagliere era semplicemente eccezionale: salumi tipici locali, formaggi sardi accompagnati da una deliziosa marmellata di mirto, pane carasau croccante e saporito, il tutto servito con cura e passione. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato Giuseppe: con grande simpatia e generosità ci ha raccontato storie del paese, dei suoi valorie e dei famosi murales. Un racconto affascinante, che ci ha fatto sentire parte del luogo. Un’esperienza autentica, gustosa e ricca di umanità.
