The guy here talking about being stuck in the desert was absolutely right. We ordered pistachio croissant + cappuccino menu. They were out of pistachio croissants. I asked to cancel the order multiple times in multiple ways and languages and the only answer I got was "cacao". I came to Italy to eat pistachio croissants. If I had to choose between being stranded in the Sahara with only sand bugs to eat and no water and waiting for food at this McDonalds in the Milan Bergamo Airport, I’m choosing the Sahara. I have order one menu, and it came like made yesterday. Cold ( you can see in photos the cheese is not melted, pickles thrown outside the burger, everything is a mess.
