Panino Giusto — Restaurant in Orio al Serio

We visited this place on our way back to UK. 1.10.22. There were three of us. We were served by a girl with long black hair tied in a ponytail. She was without life and willingness to work. Such a mimosa .. I asked her to add brie cheese to my sandwich and she refused even though I wanted to pay for it, and I don't know why? Nevermind. Then my friends ordered portions of fries, for which we asked several times. I saw that the other tables didn't have this problem and they delivered chips straight away. Then we wanted to order tea, but the tall lady with long blonde hair in a ponytail waved her hand, indicating that we should order from our waitress who didn't give a sh..t by the way. Then the blonde lady began to take care of the other tables. Looks like she didn't want to serve us and she had some sort of personal prejudice against us. After half an hour the fries arrived. If I wasn't hungry, I'd send them back to the kitchen. The service here is at the lowest level. Waitresses need some training because it looks like they don't know how to treat customers or maybe it's a lack of good manners, so there's probably nothing that can be done. A tall blonde girl should be suspended for such service. I informed the manager about the behaviour of the blonde lady, she apologised and that was it. Because what could she do. I gave one star because you can't give zero. Food could be better. Pricey as hell. Do not recommend this place. From the beginning they show us we are not welcome and treat us...

I went to Panino Giusto with my husband, who is allergic to shellfish. We asked what he could eat, they said that literally everything in the menu could be contaminated with any allergen, even a dish of sliced salumi or the bread could be contaminated with crustaceans (I don't even think there are crustaceans in the menu). All the restaurants should have the allergens for every dish served, and it's ridiculous that a restaurant can't prepare a piece of bread with prosciutto in a safe way. They don't take any responsibility because they don't want to, that's the truth. Restaurant is pricey considered the food served, and they can't even pay a bit of attention to the preparation of food. If you have allergies, this is definitely not a place for you. I had an amazing experience at the airport restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, what really stood out was the quality of the wine.
