I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming restaurant, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the evening. Amazing I don't even normally enjoy sushi in the states to the dismay of my family but this looked very interesting so I had to try it and it definitely lived up to the five star hype. The Tuna takatay was my favorite especially with the tempura zucchini flowers. Waitress was very nice. Dessert was also very good but mint was powerful , maybe a little less. Local wine was very good, and the decor and little details were ingenious. Complimenti to the owner and the chef .

Abbiamo viaggiato per tutta l’Asia, incluso il Giappone con cui per l’altro lavoriamo in diretto contatto. Cenato con il menù Onisushi (piatti fissi non da scegliere) €39/persona non compreso dessert e bevande. Ci è sembrata una presa in giro con tutto il hype delle recensioni, qualità del pesce potrebbe essere migliore (pessimo tonno) fette da ristorante AYCE, ma con più riso. Meno male che eravamo fra amici e a ogni portata servita ci siamo fatti delle grandi risate per non piangere. Servizio molto lento.. il tavolo affianco si era lamentato con (penso) la titolare. Foto di tutto quello che ci è stavo servito. Wasabi quello in polvere, non la verdura vera, purtroppo hanno messo troppa acqua e quindi ha perso il sapore che avrebbe dovuto un pizzicare un minimo. Aggiunta dopo la risposta: mi spiace che abbiate preso male la recensione. I AYCE di cui mi riferisco non sono negativi anzi sono spettacolari, ha senso per loro utilizzare una quantità minore di pesce per piatto. Voi essendo alla carta, meno. Abbiamo lasciato gli alcuni rolls se lei ricorda. In ogni caso le immagini parlano per sé quindi non c’è da temere. Se potessi mettere le foto di alcuni competitori in paragone l’aiuterebbe a capire.
