Rude staff... The staff acted like taking our order was the biggest inconvenience in the world. We didn't have special demands or anything the server just didn't want to deal with us when their shop was empty in the middle of the afternoon.
Go to any of the other gelateria instead, they all seem happy to have you.
IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I do appreciate your reply and that you want to maintain or improve your business so I am happy to share our experience. Sorry for posting it here but I can't seem to reply to your reply.
We didn't have any special requests, 5 ice creams (3 cones - 2 bowls). My son did want one of the special chocolate dipped cones, which we were ready to pay extra for, but apparently those are reserved for 3 scoop ice creams so he didn't get it - However this isn't the reason for the review.
The real problem is that the seller behind the counter was visibly annoyed and loudly sighed everytime that we asked our children what icecream, cone/bowl they wanted. The store was empty and we didn't take more than a few minutes to complete the order, but the seller still made us feel very unwelcome and burdensome...
Read moreVery rude staff. The lady with dark hair around 50 years old specifically. Before she even helped us it was already apparent that she was not pleased to serve costumers. When she helped us she gave us the feeling that us ordering ice-cream was an inconvenience for her. The lady acted aggressively and angry no smiles at all. She acted very annoyed if you are not able to tell her the flavours in a split second. She also let her mood decide the portion sizes as our portions were significantly smaller as the other staff. Ordered an xxl portion ice cream she gave me very small scoops. If you want to enjoy your day avoid this place. I was very upset after this experience. And to the gelateria: train your staff in hospitality!
Reaction to owner:

The service is rapid and polite. On the practical side: there is a parking lot but it's not very big, so be prepared to wait a little. A Pokestop is accessible directly from...
