Caffè Pink Lady — Restaurant in Ostuni

Pink Lady happens to be one of my favorite Coffee Bars in the Ostuni area. In the last 13 years they have been able to never disappoint my expectations in terms of Coffee (which is one of the best in town, served with the utmost attention and hot all the times, next to a fresh cup of water, fundamental to my coffee moment) and their Croissant and Pastry selection, available almost all day long (compared to other places who are mostly done serving pastries at 11.30 AM); they are running it around the clock, especially late a night after clubbing, absolutely a destination after your long nights out. Always my choice for late night snacks, as they offer a variety of goodies, including but not limited to all sorts of coffee's, cocktails, ice cream, sandwiches and more. The entire staff has been found always well trained, prepared and serving customers with a friendly yet careful manner. Speed is also one of their strenghts. I happen to know part of the staff, who has been employed here for many years now, which is a great sign for a business, as it promises continuity, dedication and a strong mission. Morning staff is outstanding, the Coffee Man (shall I refer to him this way, as he's definitely one of the best I've experienced in his profession ☺️) is top-notch, absolutely impeccable in making coffee, consistent all the times and his timing is simply incredible. Came in for some ice cream during the period when most places are shut, and stuck around for a while to enjoy a beer in the heat. The staff get a lot of stick in the reviews here which I think is unfair, I found them pleasant - I think it's simply more a tourist problem. The staff can't have a conversation with you, if you can't speak Italian, and that's absolutely fair enough. Lovely stop off on a hot day. We popped in here for coffee and icecream with the family on Sunday, the Music was funky, good range of drinks and icecream on offer and we enjoyed good quality coffees and the toilets were very clean.
