The place is gorgeous, and it's strategically positioned on the waterfront with a lovely view and away from the crowds and noise of the busy streets of Marzamemi. The wine selection is great and the service is friendly, but a bit overwhelmingly attentive at times, our waiter did not speak any English at all. The food is just so bad, we were four and ordered one starter and one main each and the only good one was the lobster. The rest was either unimpressive or bad. My swordfish was unbelievably salty, with no real sides just a few drops of caponata paste and this weird dust of spices on the plate that I couldn't taste at all anyways because of the overwhelming saltiness. Tiramisu was good, pistachio mousse was underwhelming. All in all really not a great experience. Cherry on the cake was the cringe of bringing an extra dessert to the two of us that had ordered dessert, and nothing to the other two. They told us it was kind of a complementary dessert on top of our dessert: it wasn't good, we did not really want it and it was just cringe to have it served to two out of four guests! Would not recommend, if not...

Had a really nice dinner with my fiancee, food is great, and if you call ahead to reserve (as I did), you can secure a spot on the patio outside overlooking the sea, very suggestive. As for the food, very nice, started with two appetizers, one of which was an interesting take on "pasta alle sarde" without carbohydrates, very interesting and tasty. The other appetizer was a tuna carpaccio (they didn't have the swordfish which was our first choice). As for entree, we had a risotto with seafood and burrata, which it would seem not a good combo, but worked really well. The other entree was a typical Sicilian seafood spaghetti, very simple in preparation but so tasty, it was like sampling the fresh flavors of the sea with each bite. For second we shared the ricciola, very nice prepared and nice and light. We finished with a delicate, not too sweet cannolo. Service was very nice, and the view so romantic,would...
