We came here on a friend’s recommendation — and it was absolutely worth it. Though it’s technically an enoteca, the place serves full, restaurant-quality dishes that are truly outstanding.
We stopped in for lunch and each ordered just one dish. Everything we tried was excellent, but the zucchini risotto with candied lemon peel and the lombatello di scotona veal stood out as perfectly prepared and full of flavor.
The wine pairing was spot on. We started with a delicious prosecco as an aperitif and followed with a great Soave, which matched both dishes wonderfully. The waiter was extremely helpful in choosing the wine, offering knowledgeable suggestions with enthusiasm.
