Mo Sarpi Padova — Restaurant in Padua

I tried the Mo and it was really delicious. The meat was flavorful, juicy and tender and the bread was the perfect texture (a little crispy on the outside to provide a contrast to the filling, but soft on the inside). The first bite was like heaven. I’m excited to try the other items on the menu!

Edit: I went back today to try the Baozi - very tasty and with a generous amount of meat, it was surprisingly filling! Also, the man who works there is so friendly - after we chatted a bit, he gave me some pieces of Involtini to try for free.
