I visited this place recently, and while I have to say that the ice cream itself was absolutely delicious – really creamy and full of flavor – unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the woman working there. Her attitude was honestly shocking.
She was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. She spoke to us in such a disrespectful and impatient way, as if we were bothering her just by being there. Simple questions about the flavors were answered with eye-rolls and snappy comments. It felt like she had absolutely no interest in helping customers or making anyone feel welcome.
I’ve never encountered customer service this bad in such a small, local place. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable the whole time because of her. It’s really sad, because the quality of the ice cream deserves better service.
I would love to come back for the ice cream, but honestly, I’m not sure I want to deal with her again. If the management reads this: please understand that good customer service is just as important as good products. Treating people with basic kindness and respect should not be too...
