If you want to experience authentic Sicilian cuisine, this is the place to go to. At the end of August, I spent a week in Palermo and ate here every day for lunch throughout my stay. This small restaurant is run by a genuine Sicilian senior lady and her son. During my visits there, I was not only able to enjoy the delicious food, but also able to have long chats with the very friendly and warm owners of the restaurant – even though I don't speak Italian, as I come from Germany (we communicated using the audio translation function of Google Translate on my smartphone).
