Il massimo della scortesia dal parte del personale. Il massimo della "non professionalità" verso i clienti, nonostante l'assiduità negli acquisti. Nonostante ci risulti assolutamente il contrario, Non fanno la consegna a domicilio a meno di 100 metri dal loro negozio. Consegna a domicilio che comunque viene pagata a nero efuori scontrino.
