The Tomahawk beef we had the pleasure of enjoying was a culinary masterpiece. Cooked to absolute perfection, each succulent cut was a celebration of quality and taste. The Pinot Nero wine accompanying our meal was equally amazing, with its rich notes perfectly accentuating the beef, making every bite and sip a harmonious encounter.

Equally impressive was the ease with which we could park. No fuss or unnecessary stress; it was straightforward, adding to the relaxed experience that Parma Rotta promises.

The food overall was great here, but the Gelato is what you need to come here for. They use the milk from the cows that make the best Parmigiano Reggiano. This was the softest and best gelato we had throughout multiple stops in Italy and we will be talking about it for a very long time. Leave room for desert, you won’t regret it!

We were staying near the train station, so we had to take a taxi. It was easy to get one to be dropped off, but it took a while for the restaurant to be able to reach the taxi company to pick us up due to high volume, so keep that in mind! Locale con ampio parcheggio .Ampia entrata con corridoio all’aperto da cui si vede la cucina ( attivissima e pulita) all’ interno alcune salette bianche non tutte grandi. Ambiente quindi bello. Apparecchiatura buona , nella nostra ultima piacevole visita rifinita sul momento , presumo per scelta visto che avevamo prenotato. ( veniamo in occasione di mercanteinfiera e quindi bisogna prenotare con gg di anticipo) Sulla scelta dei piatti , dall’ampio menù stagionale , non sbaglierete mai perche tutto é buono e di qualità. Cibo più che buono . Primi casalinghi e buoni Carne ottima Dolce gelato portato e preparato da una chef al tavolo . Buona scelta di vini ( l’ultima però non avevano seconda bottiglia dello stesso vino e non ci hanno avvisato - per un rompiballe come me é incomprensibile) Servizio gentile , piatti qualche volta non sono arrivati subito dalla cucina e alcuni risultano tiepidi come i tagliolini al tartufo ( con tartufo molto abbondante) . Comunque buoni buoni . A giustificazione il locale é sempre pieno, quindi comprensibile! Ripeto che la qualità del cibo e la cucina é sopra la media . Un po anche i prezzi , ( forse periodo fiera) ma la qualità si paga sempre , la carne e come la preparano ( fuoco , brace) é fra le migliori in assoluto di qualunque posto .
