Symphony of Culinary Excellence: A Michelin-Level Experience From the moment we stepped into Deamama Ristorante, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. Nestled discreetly in the port of La Caletta, the restaurant exudes quiet sophistication—its minimalist décor warmed by soft jazz notes drifting through the air. The ambience strikes a rare balance: intimate without being stifling, luxurious without pretension. Our evening began with a warm welcome from the maître d’, who guided us to our table with the grace of a seasoned ballet dancer. Our waiter, was the embodiment of refined hospitality—attentive yet unobtrusive, knowledgeable without arrogance. He described each dish with poetic flair, offering pairing suggestions that elevated the meal to a multisensory journey. The tasting menu was a masterclass in culinary artistry. Each plate was a canvas, each bite a revelation. The pacing of the courses was impeccable, allowing time to savor without ever feeling rushed. Dessert: A Finale Worthy of Ovation Dessert was nothing short of theatrical: It was a crescendo of texture and flavor—sweet, tart, creamy, and crisp—all harmonizing in perfect balance. Dining at Deamama Ristorante was not just a meal—it was an experience, a narrative told through flavor, texture, and atmosphere. Every detail, from the polished silverware to the curated wine list, spoke of a relentless pursuit of excellence. If Michelin stars are awarded for passion, precision, and unforgettable moments, La Lumière...

We came for dinner. The service leaves much to be desired. Firstly, they could have assigned us a waiter who understands English; it seemed that Italian-speaking customers were served faster and better (we found out later that there was an English-speaking waiter available).
We waited 20 minutes to get the menu, 40 minutes to place our order, and 55 minutes to receive our drinks after reminding a different waiter twice(and then we found our drinks doubled in bill, when we only got 1 portion, good that we payed attention to this) and more then an hour to get our food. We ordered grilled fish, which tasted mediocre. Expect to pay around €40 per person for this dish, as the menu price depends on the weight. When we asked the waiters roughly how much a portion costs per person, they seemed confused. After that, their attitude towards us worsened. The dessert was tasty, though.

The food I would say that wants to be tasty, but the desire it's not enough and the portions are really small. It looks nice, it really wants to be nice but...
