Sardinia Ristorante — Restaurant in Pasada/Posada

Drunk and abusive staff member. I am not going to review food as we did not even managed to get a spot at the table due to the abuzive behaviour of a staff member which behaved like he was the owner/manager. He was not dressed as the waiters were and he didn’t have a name tag either so I can’t name anyone.

We went there at 7:10pm when the restaurant opens and there there was literally no one dinning.

He greeted us and we asked him for a table and he said yes. We asked [the owner/manager] whether they would e showing the euro game Romania-Slovakia. His demeanour changed when we he realised we are romanians. He started shouting out of no where saying “no” and gesticulating that we should leave the premises . As we went to the car we could still hear him shouting to his employees.

It was clear that the outburst was of racist nature as we could see him reacting when we mentioned we're Romanians. Crazy, would not expect such blatant racism to our face.

I need to mention that at 6pm we spoke to one of the waiters that was on the terrace of the restaurant and he told us that the restaurant at that point is closed but to return at 7pm when they open as they will display the game.

So disappointed. We came here around 7.30 pm. It wasn't busy there, only 4 tablets were sitting and two with food already. We ordered mix starters, selection of grilled fish and grilled vegetables. Despite the fact that there wasn't busy, we waited for food over 40 min. The waiter brought fish and vegetables that were cold, and looked like fish was cooked earlier. We ate the fish because we were hungry, but when I pointed that to waiter he was so indignant and rude. So upset, and wouldn't...

Nel menù era chiaramente indicato che il vino che abbiamo ordinato fosse DOCG, ma ci è stato servito un semplice DOC. Questo fa pensare a una descrizione non corretta e potenzialmente ingannevole nel menù. Inoltre, il risotto ai gamberi per due persone (€20 a porzione) conteneva in totale solo 4 gamberi molto piccoli, cosa che non corrisponde alle aspettative create dalla descrizione. Vorrei anche segnalare il “coperto” di 5€ per pane che ci è stato portato senza che ci fosse chiesto se lo volessimo o meno e senza informarci che sarebbe stato a pagamento. Sarebbe importante correggere queste incongruenze per garantire trasparenza e fiducia verso i clienti.

The menu clearly stated that the wine we ordered was DOCG, but we were served a regular DOC instead. This suggests an incorrect and potentially misleading description on the menu. Furthermore, the prawn risotto for two (€20 per portion) contained only 4 very small prawns in total, which did not match the expectations set by the menu description. I would also like to point out the €5 “coperto” for bread, which was brought to our table without being asked if we wanted it and without informing us that it would be charged.
