Sushi Long Teng — Restaurant in Passignano sul Trasimeno

I had the unfortunate displeasure of dining at this restaurant recently, and I can confidently say that it was a truly disappointing experience. Despite the fact that the food actually tasted good and the atmosphere was nice, every other aspect of this restaurant was a disappointment.

In short: horrendously long waiting times, impolite staff, chaotic cleanliness standards, incomplete orders, and the refusal to acknowledge their own mistakes. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this restaurant.

First and foremost, the waiting times were absolutely excruciating. I've heard that patience is a virtue, but waiting for over an hour for the first plate to arrive is unacceptable.

Adding to the dismal experience was the staff's attitude. Throwing plates on your table like its rubbish being tossed in a bin. No polite smile or even eye contact. Basic stuff.

The restaurant's cleanliness was also displeasing. Empty dishes piled up on the table to create a mountain of dirty plates. It got so bad, I had to remove the dirty plated myself and place them on an empty table. On top of that, litter was dropped by the staff which remained on the floor for the entire evening. Restrooms lacked soap and looked poorly maintained.

Worst of all was the incomplete order I received. It's a rare feat to manage to get only half the food ordered. To add insult to injury, there was absolutely no compensation offered for the horrendous service I endured.

What truly put the cherry on top was the staff's audacity to argue with me in the end about my missing food. They had the nerve to claim that they had brought all the ordered items, despite this not being the case.

By far the most awful night out...

Oh boy oh boy, The food was okay, so far with the good things. The service was just plain rude, even a smile was to much to ask. We had to wait for over an hour to get our first dish. In between dishes it took a ridiculously long time as well. The servers did not take our empty dishes so after a while we had an empty tower of Piza on our table. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here if they are hungry because you’ll leave with a half...

sono andata per la prima volta in questo ristorante, una volta ricevuto l’ipad al tavolo sono andata a vedere il menu, selezionando i prodotti, ho notato la possibilità di mettere delle opzioni su tutti i piatti, come per esempio “no lattosio” “no verdure” e poi ho notato “no glutine”. io sono celiaca e per me vedere una cosa del genere per OGNI piatto pareva un miraggio, era meraviglioso, purtroppo senza glutine prodotti come i gyoza o i tempura non si trovano MAI. allora ho aggiunto all’ordine un paio di prodotti, FORTUNATAMENTE mi è venuto il dubbio e ho proceduto col chiedere per sicurezza, venendo fuori che quelle opzioni non le guardano neanche e che, di conseguenza, non avessi chiesto, avrei mangiato quel cibo e mi sarei sentita parecchio male. dimostrando, quindi, che lo chef non avesse la minima idea di cosa fosse un’intolleranza, perché dopo aver portato il ramen se ne uscito con “lo chef ci ha messo meno glutine” (come se meno glutine mi facesse meno male e la pasta comunque era una pasta normale). arrivata al pagamento ho voluto quindi precisare questa cosa, non si sono nemmeno scusati, esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere, manca proprio il livello umano, importante solo il guadagno!
