Il Bricco Divino di Alessio Soderini — Restaurant in Perugia

Molto stanchi , in notte umbra molto piovosa, sono rimasto incuriosito dalle molte recensioni positive durante la ricerca di un posto dove cenare vicino al nostro hotel. Abbiamo optato per questo ristorante ben classificato su Perugia in un notissimo sito internt. In compagnia di un collega abbiamo preso: 1 arrosticino abruzzese, 2 tagliate di carne giapponese con patate arrosto, 1 bottiglia di vino rosso, 1 acqua gassata, 1 dolce ed 1 caffè :euro 95,00. La qualità delle materie utilizzate e l' impiattamento dei piatti, non ci hanno ne soddisfatto e nemmeno convinto per il prezzo esposto al menù! Inoltre la temperatura delle carni in entrambi i casi erano tiepide come se fossero state riscaldate!!! Anche l'ambiente non è niente di eccezionale: abbastanza piccolo e contenuto ed angusto. Cosi l' angolo preparazione/cucina dei piatti a vista essendo a ridosso della porta di ingresso ed anche a ridosso dei tavoli non ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Il servizio è stato carino e cortese anche se alla fine la ragazza cuoca/camerirea si è dimenticata di portarci il pane crediamo compreso nel coperto ed il caffè che abbiamo dovuto chiedere una seconda volta ad un suo collega mentre lei stava usando il suo cellulare forse a fine turno un po stanca!! Ci siamo rimasti male per aver speso una cifra considerevole in due ed non aver richiesto un menu completo a testa! Non penso di tornare e non penso neanche di suggerirlo. Crediamo e speriamo fortemente che la cucina umbro perugina possa offrire altri e ben migliori scrigni segreti dove poter gustare prelibatezze non necessariamente care come in...

I stayed in Perugia Park Hotel as part of a 15 day Italy tour. Every hotel has a restaurant, but this spot was an easy 12 minute walk from the hotel. I got to the spot and saw it was a literal hole in the wall. I walked in to a quaint, quiet, and beautiful restaurant. Amazing food and great service with fair price. They didn’t speak too much English the day we were there, but they were extremely nice and everything worked out perfectly. The food is amazing and I’m impressed what they can manage to put together in the small kitchen. Quality of ingredients is great and the pasta was cooked al dente to perfection.
