Cucina semplice ma dai sapori ricercati, affettati e formaggi di nicchia, Roberto oste sopraffino e di grande cultura... Altre 5 stelle meritate!!!!

Da visitare assolatamente se vi trovate in zona Perugia! Il top per la "torta al testo". Salumi e formaggi locali selezionati. Dolci buonissimi. Il servizio vale davvero il viaggio, gentilissimo e competente, capace di guidare i clienti alla scoperta dei sapori locali. Una chicca su tutte, in bagno ben due tipi di crema mani. Location 10 e lode, pulita semplice calda ed accogliente. Un locale dove si torna volentieri ogni volta.

Cenetta tranquilla e posto molto piacevole! Ho assaggiato il "Macco di lenticchie" (una vellutata) e un hamburger al piatto di carne notevolmente buona con contorno di patate passate in padella! Anche i vini ottimi, quindi nel complesso 5 stelle sono mertitate. Consigliato.

Wow!!! Amazing little place away from mainstream pizza and the like. The owner recommended some splendid white wine for the aperitif and even better one for the main courses. I had a platter of local cheese and charcuterie products and wonderful polenta with pecorino cheese, ham and figs. I recommend this place 100%. Let yourself be guided by Roberto....

If you're looking for dinner, then this isn't your place. But if you're looking for good wine and charcuterie, Digestibus is a good choice. Authentic, quaint, delicioso and good service, they really seemed to care about our experience. We enjoyed a stop off the beaten trail to enjoy some authentic Umbrian...

Ci siamo trovati per puro caso in questo locale a Ponte San Giovanni (PG)

E a conferma dell'ospitalità ricevuta nei giorni precedente in questa bella Regione, abbiamo assaggiato particolarità umbre in modalità slow.

Assaporare e riconoscere i gusti con grande passione e amore da parte di chi ce li ha "raccontati" con dovizia di particolari.

Abbiamo assaggiato salumi e formaggi tipici della zona, ma non solo.

Abbiamo conosciuto la storia e la provenienza degli stessi.

Per noi questo vale molto; vale perché raccontato da chi crede, nonostante tutto, alla propria...
