Pizzeria PIZZAPONTE — Restaurant in Perugia

If you have a car, I definitely recommend to come to this small town a few kilometers away from Perugia and go to this restaurant. I am not a fan of thin dough, but the pizza is good and the ingredients are tasty. They have available different kind of flours, so you can pick your own. As a dessert I ate a figue cheesecake, which was made directly by the restaurant with fresh ingredients.

È decisamente no l'outfit del locale, da una pizzeria che si fregia il diritto qualitativo di un impasto peculiare e tutto made in Umbria mi aspettavo qualcosa di più green, meno trattoria è più bottega salutistica, una stella quindi ad un mood che strizza l'occhio più verso i mitici Anni '80! A mio avviso un'immagine più consona ai tempi avrebbe sicuramente offerto un appeal più idoneo e gradevole. La pizza ha un impasto molto soffice ma la base sembra tirata da uno stendi pizza e quindi rimane più ‘crakerosa’ verso il fondo, il condimento è poco più che sufficiente, nulla di esaltante invece per la qualità degli ingredienti impiegati.
