The waiters did not seem to want us there. There was an attitude from them that is hard to explain, but certainly not welcoming. I have worked in extremely high-end restaurants in different countries. Even a guest showing up to spend $5 gets all smiles and respect. The food was excellent for my wife and mother-in-law who had the grilled mix fish plate. I had the truffle pizza. The truffle slices on top are for show. Likely from a jar. No truffle flavour in those pieces at all. The truffle flavour in the pizza was enjoyable. No need for the decorative pieces. The atmosphere upon arrival was prime. My girlfriend and I ate here on a few occasions. As I’m not Italian but she is half Italian so the first two times she chose meals for us to share from the menu. Food was good, service was slow and I felt as though I wasn’t particularly welcome. The third time we went I asked for the English menu and was surprised to see that anything I ordered from the English menu cost a euro more than if I ordered it from the Italian menu that my partner was ordering from. Ho trovato questo posto su un app che utilizzo per trovare ristoranti AIC. Ero molto contenta perché era situato nelle vicinanze del mio hotel e della spiaggia. All'ora di pranzo sono entrata per chiedere una pizza senza glutine d'asporto. Mi è stato detto in maniera molto cafona che non era possibile portarla via e che era obbligatorio consumarla sul posto senza nessun tipo di motivazione. Sono celiaca da un po' e lavoro nella ristorazione da altrettanto tempo e una cosa del genere non mi era MAI capitata, nemmeno all'estero. Inoltre la pizza, se tale si può chiamare, poiché consisteva in una base di pane azzimo, della salsa scondita e una mozzarella ancora cruda, aveva un sovrapprezzo di 1,50€ (che posso capire, perché come dicevo prima conosco il mondo della ristorazione e dei suoi prezzi). Peccato però, che quell'euro in più di solito non ti garantisca solo la sicurezza di un prodotto senza glutine ma anche della qualità dovuta alla scelta delle materie prime. Qualità che mancava.
