I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dal Primo in Pescara, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. As it was my first time trying some of the local specialties, I didn’t quite know what to expect, but every single dish left me genuinely impressed.

I started with the homemade pappardelle alla tre carni, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The pasta was perfectly cooked and rich with flavor. Then came the arrosticini, and it was tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection. I now understand why these are a regional favorite!

Even the fries were excellent, very crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.The homemade bread deserves a mention of its own: warm, fresh, and irresistibly good.

On top of all that, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare presso "Dal Primo" e posso dire con certezza che è stata un'esperienza culinaria di alto livello. Sin dal mio arrivo, sono stata accolta con delle bollicine di benvenuto, un tocco raffinato che ha subito creato l'atmosfera giusta per una serata piacevole. Il piatto principale che ho scelto sono stati gli arrosticini, una specialità che "Dal Primo" ha saputo esaltare al massimo. Gli arrosticini erano perfettamente cotti: teneri, succosi e ricchi di sapore. Ogni boccone era un piacere, con la carne che si scioglieva in bocca lasciando un retrogusto delizioso.
