Nestled in the heart of Pescara, Ristorante Margherita stands out as a true gem that provides authentic Italian cuisine and a dining experience that transports you into the family kitchen of the Italian grandmother who was the inspiration and whom the restaurant is named after. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that this establishment is not just about serving food; it's about creating lasting memories through impeccable customer service, a familial atmosphere, and outstanding cuisine.

The customer service at Ristorante Margherita is nothing short of extraordinary. From the friendly greeting at the entrance to the attentive waitstaff, every aspect of our dining experience was infused with genuine warmth and hospitality. The owner not only greeted us directly but took a direct hand in helping us have a unique and memorable experience that was a highlight of our time in Pescara.

The owner's presence was felt throughout the meal by engaging in heartfelt conversations and sharing the passion behind the restaurant's culinary creations. From the fresh olive oil the owner makes from his olive trees to the daily handmade pasta and locally sourced ingredients, I will never eat Italian food without thinking of my meal at Margherita’s.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Ristorante Margherita boasts an exceptional menu that showcases the finest in Italian cuisine. From the delectable antipasti to the mouthwatering pasta dishes and the divine desserts, every bite was a revelation of flavors that transported us straight to the heart of Grandma’s kitchen. The menu caters to various tastes and provides authentic food from Italy’s Abruzzo region.

In conclusion, Ristorante Margherita in Centro is a culinary oasis that excels in delivering outstanding food and creating an experience that feels like an authentic Italian family dinner. The exceptional customer service, coupled with the personal touch of the owner sets this establishment apart as a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a memorable and heartwarming dining experience in the...

This is our first trip to Italy and first time outside the major tourist areas (Rome, etc). On our first night in Pescara we roamed around looking for a dinner spot. We happened upon Ristorante Margherita and even though we did not have a reservation we were able to be seated at 8pm. We don’t speak much Italian, just some phrases to get by. The gentleman they had serving us spoke great English and was very helpful in recommending starters and first course items. We still are not used to eating 3 courses and our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. The food is incredible. Amazing antipasto, pasta dishes, and meat dishes. The slow cooked sheep meat starter is molto buono. The wine from Abruzzo is a great pairing for everything. The only thing I’d say was wrong was the manager being pushy to leave but again we did not have a reservation and they did get very busy. We were very happy with the service. Book in advance and don’t miss this amazing ristorante! Buon apetito! ANTIPASTO MISTO DELLACASA LA MUGNAIA DI MARGHERITA, ANELLINIALLA PECORARA COSTATA DA MARGHERITA, TAGLIATA DI...

This place deserves the hype - especially for the food. Very tasty options and you can tell by how crowded it is that people like it.

We were suprised with some appetizers - and because we were vegetarians they brought us parmiggiano instead of meat - which was wholesome!

Had some ravioli with ricotta and a margherita (obviously) - both of them delicious.

However - whay we didn’t really like was that we started to talk in italian (as tourists we like to try) and the waiter just switched to english by default. Also, when we asked what is without meat - he said like 1 option. And then we said “ok X has meat ?” And he was like “no”… so yes there are more options with no meat.

We also had dessert : tiramisu and pizza dolce - but it was our fault that we had no idea that the second one it’s like a cake. Tiramisu was wayyy better.

Overall experience...

So good, we ate here twice while on vacation. Fantastic food, amazing, friendly service and great pricing. If you are looking for a great authentic Italian meal make sure you get your reservation in. They book up quickly and do have some tables available nightly for those coming by. You may need to wait 15 to 30 minutes, but the wait is more than worth it. The pasta is so flavorful, the meats are tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The tiramisu is fantastic for dessert and the house red wine pairs perfectly with just about any dish on the menu. The food, service and atmosphere are so great, we may just go back one last time before leaving Pescara.
