The hosts were friendly and helpful. The service was good. The food was well-presented. Overcrowded at weekends, service is fast though. Dishes are suggested by the owner (the menu is an option) who is the only one to take orders. Uno dei migliori ristoranti ormai storici di Pescara, posizione ottima, tranquillità, schiettezza e genuinità, doti davvero rare altrove. C'è da dire che già dal servizio si comprende che non ci si trova davanti a ristoratori improvvisati che operano solo in virtù del denaro. La cucina di Simbad e le spiegazioni dei piatti, la paziente ricerca di raccontare un piatto tradizionale, la cortesia nel farlo, rendono bene l'idea che chi serve queste spettacolari pietanze, innanzitutto le ama. La cucina persiana è un dono per il palato, non fermatevi ai luoghi comuni definendola semplicemente "cucina etnica", l'arte con cui i piatti vengono realizzati, le materie prime fresche, il dosaggio di spezie e salse cullano il palato.
