Bar Luna — Restaurant in Peschiera del Garda

We visited this bar after a long walk through the center of Peschiera del Garda to enjoy an aperitif. The place is located near the port, not too far from the lakeside promenade. From the outside, it features large floor-to-ceiling windows that give the structure a full view of the surroundings, in a veranda-like style.

Inside, the bar is very spacious and well organized, with white wooden structures and decorated in light, soft colors that evoke a beach and summer atmosphere. The large windows create a bright and open environment, making it an ideal spot to visit at sunset, when the natural light of the setting sun creates a wonderful mood.

Once seated and after checking the menu via QR code, we ordered some typical local white wine to taste along with some soft drinks. Along with the beverages, they also served a variety of tasty snacks that perfectly complemented the drinks.

The wine we chose was Custoza — a still white wine, fresh, balanced, and very aromatic. Perfect for an aperitif. The other drinks were also enjoyable and refreshing.

The value for money was excellent, especially considering the variety of offerings, many of which are typical of the area.

The waitress was helpful and kind, despite a small misunderstanding when taking our order.

Overall, the experience was very pleasant and relaxing — the perfect combination for taking a break and enjoying a good glass of wine.

Im not sure whats happened with this place. Was i being scammed or was it a genuine mistake but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Being a tourist is tricky because you are always being scammed. We visited here first thing in the morning and bought one coffee two pastries and a cup of watermelon. My husband went to pay the bill came back over to me and said it was 28 euroes. I said theres no way this should cost 28 euroes. He went back over to query it and he was given 20 euroes back in cash the bill was suppose to be 8 euroes something. Siamo passati per caso in questo bar e onestamente la mia intenzione è quella di non tornarci più. Verso fine luglio abbiamo fatto una tappa molto rapida a Gardaland e prima di entrare al parco ci siamo fermati per una veloce colazione trovando fortunatamente posteggio davanti al bar. La scelta delle brioche è molto vasta ma cosa, secondo me molto grave, è il fatto che non ci sia alcun prezzo esposto come vedete dalle foto. Volevamo consumare cappuccino e brioche al volo ma la cameriera, abbastanza scortese, quando abbiamo chiesto di avere 2 cornetti e 2 cappucci ci ha subito detto "sedetevi al tavolo e vi porto brioche e cappuccino”, non è previsto il servizio al banco? Boh, non è dato saperlo. Dietro al bancone barista e cameriere scherzavano animatamente e dopo un bel po' di tempo ci è arrivata la colazione. Tutto nella media, nulla di eccelso tra brioche e cappuccino che non sapevo ancora quanto sarebbero andati a costare. Lo scontrino potete vederlo riportato in foto quindi il cappuccino è costato 2 euro, un fagottino 1,60 euro mentre la brioche 1,50 euro; Prezzi esosi per la qualità e il servizio.
