Outstanding!!! Although I felt little let down when I arrived after a 8 min walk from the Peschiera Stazione, and the AC was off, the whole place was super warm, soon it cooled off and it was ok.

Staff was nice and brought us English menus. Several options of sandwiches, juices and smoothies. We ordered a Parma toast, two pancakes and a custom made toast - that was the highlight of the morning, because every place in Italy serve sandwiches or toasts they are always missing something - for my taste. The toasts serving is very well served!

The seating arrangement is simple and somewhat tight if it is full, but it wasn’t very full so it was great for us!

There were only two employees there and of course, not many tables filled in a Monday 10AM so I believe it was perfect!

I had a long drive here and just wanted a healthy juice. They were gossiping in front of me. Where obviously not happy I came here at 21h30 (they close at 22h). I asked for a juice. Perfect they say. 5min later they say the juicer is broke. Lies. Very dissapointed. Got a tea instead. Tea in a plastic bag which melts in boiling water. Negative experience. Super tired cause of the drive so I looked forward to this but them gossiping thinking I don't understand them is really not done. I recognize a fake attitude...

Sono stato diverse volte in questo locale, mi sono sempre trovato bene con Fabio e Domenico, sempre molto gentili e preparati su tutto. Purtroppo sono andato anche venerdì scorso 21 giugno 2018 e c'era solo una ragazza mora con gli occhiali di cui non so il nome .Eravamo in quattro ed il locale era vuoto. Appena entrati la ragazza stava parlando al telefono dei fatti suoi commentando a voce alta i propri fatti personali come fanno due amiche davanti ad un caffè. Era visibilmente indispettita dal nostro arrivo, evidentemente avevamo guastato la sua "ora del thè". Prima di avvicinarsi al tavolo sono passati circa 7/8 minuti e senza neanche un saluto ci porta i menù sul tavolo continuando a parlare al telefono come se noi non ci fossimo. Al momento di prendere le ordinazioni, ho chiesto se ci fosse qualcosa di dolce e la risposta è stata:"quello che c'è é tutto lì basta guardare" con fare molto scocciato! Dopo aver ordinato abbiamo consumato in fretta e siamo scappati perché l'aria era davvero pesante . I prodotti sono molto buoni e di qualità perciò tornerò ma, da adesso in poi, quando ci sarà lei non entrerò nemmeno! Vorrei ricordare a questa ragazza che il suo stipendio lo pagano i clienti e se li tratta così il locale dura poco . Fare un lavoro a contatto col pubblico significa essere sempre allegri, disponibili e preparati anche se si hanno problemi personali . Se questo tipo di lavoro non ti piace,...
