Very disappointed with this restaurant. The dishes were quite different from what is shown on Google Maps — the portions were smaller, and the presentation was much less appealing. The service seemed friendly at first, but once it became clear we weren’t ordering alcohol, their attitude noticeably changed.

One middle-aged man with glasses was especially cold and made us feel unwelcome. It felt like we weren’t “spending enough” to be treated respectfully. That said, we did appreciate the kindness of one older female server.

[Update — Response to the Owner’s Reply] Thank you for your reply, but I must clarify a few things. • Simply stating that your dishes match the photos on Google doesn’t address the fact that our food had noticeably smaller portions and less appealing presentation than what is advertised. • Mentioning your staff’s age range does not change the fact that a male staff member with glasses was clearly cold — regardless of age, the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. • Suggesting we misunderstood what a gourmet restaurant is supposed to be feels dismissive. In reality, the inconsistent service, mediocre atmosphere, and lack of refinement did not reflect the standards of a truly high-end restaurant. • Most disappointing was the clear shift in attitude once we declined to order alcohol.

True quality is not just about claiming to be “gourmet,” but about showing consistency, professionalism, and respect to all guests — regardless of how much they spend.

Inchiostro in Peschiera del Garda truly stands out as one of the best dining experiences I've had. Tucked away in the heart of the city, it’s a true hidden gem that deserves all the praise it gets.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive yet relaxed, making us feel right at home. I had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday dinner with my mother, and everything about it was perfect. We started with the salmon and octopus, both of which were exquisite, complemented beautifully by a glass of Franciacorta. The wine set the tone for the evening, and each dish that followed maintained that level of excellence.

The pacing of the meal was just right, with each course arriving at a comfortable speed. The risotto was rich and creamy, while the cannelloni was beautifully prepared—both dishes exceeded expectations. And when it came to dessert, we couldn't choose just one, so we went for three. The Panna Cotta was without a doubt the best I've ever had, and the white chocolate soup was simply divine. To finish off, we had the Tiramisu 2.0, which was perfection on a plate.

Every part of the meal, from start to finish, was outstanding. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Inchiostro to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in...

The manager is always scowling and when water drops was splattered on the floor because I didn’t use the blower after washing my hand, they were telling us rudely and slowing that we were supposed to use the blower. Hate it here. In account that it said it was a “seafood restaurant” it was FAKE and CAP!!! They pretend that it was seafood because it was incredible and ULTIMATELY salty!!! Me after I eat the dish: *
