Do NOT stay here before your wedding While the suites are lovely, they are NOT accommodating to the special needs of brides/grooms. Their reception staff is very rude and unempathetic, staff as a whole lacks communication. From the start I emailed with basic questions and was ignored, when I chased I had 1/2 questions answered. When I arrived I was confused if I had paid or not (the email confirmation said I had) and the reception got annoyed that I was checking my account to be sure, yelling at me that she's never wrong, she know what she's doing. I never accused her that she didn't, I just wanted to check for my own sanity. It was my wedding and massive amounts coming and going from my account every day, I was confused. The email said I had paid. I didn't deserve to be yelled at because I wanted to check.
Next, it became clear the night and morning staff do not speak to each other, however they will make promises for one another. In the evening we asked for early cleaning/room reset so that could have a clear room for photos and getting ready. We also asked if we could eat breakfast 30 mins earlier than kitchen opened. Even if just pre made the night before. It took convincing but they agreed but we had to put our order in at night. The morning staff had no idea what we were talking about.
We had also ordered food and drinks for the getting ready, room service essentially, for 10 am. 11:30 am nothing had arrived. We chased, they brought (the wrong things), expected to pay full price even though at that point we didn't have time to eat or drink what we ordered. Money and food wasted.
The morning of my wedding my make up/hair artist and my pick up car parked in the temporary parking, each no more than 4 hours. I was surprised to see we were charged for 2 full day parking. It's a hefty price, my friend who had to pay in my stead (as I was now married and left for my honeymoon) emailed politely about the cost, confused, only asking for clarity. The response back from reception was severely unprofessional. Instead of working with us and clarifying she accused of us things that weren't true. My wedding planners stepped in to clarify, which resulted in another email to my friend, unprompted, accusing my wedding planners of being liars and unprofessional (I am not exaggerating) I don't care if you don't agree with the cost, this is not how you speak to any human, and def not how you speak in a business. This is an attitude problem that shouldn't exist in a business, def not one of this cost and quality.
Lastly, we used the downstairs restaurant for all meals. All meals were delayed, 30 mins or more to get a menu, nearly an hour for food. At dinner they completely forgot our meals, they didn't hesitate to chase us if we were ready to leave, of which we told the 3-4 waiters who tried that we were still waiting on our salads... Why it took 1.5 hours + no one knows. We never got an apology or explanation.
At every level of service this place is disappointing. The food is good enough, but not worth the price. The suites were beautiful -- but if you need anything, expect to be met with disappointment and rudeness. All of this was so...
Read moreSpent an amazing long weekend in this gem of a place. The suites are stunning, with a minimalist, brick “a vista” decore that is right in line with my personal aesthetics. The private sauna and Jacuzzi force you to make difficult choices between exploring the nearby towns, like, wineries, or just spend the day relaxing in your room. Only suggestion for the room: put softer mattresses and a topper - the bed was a rock.
The hotel is sparkingly new, the recovery of the historical space tastefully done, and the little shops and restaurant make it a brilliant concept location.
The restaurant was extremely good and pleasant, with desserts being the highlight.
But the best feature is the staff: funny, available, helpful, engaging, and personable. People that love what they do and transfer that to customers. Rare to find these days.

Read moreSERVIZIO SCADENTE E COLAZIONE SCARSSISIMA TROPPO COSTOSO PER QUELLO CHE DA purtroppo come succede spesso ci facciamo ingannare dalla location ma dato che volevo provare queste suite per il diciannovesimo compleanno di mia morosa ho preso una suite con vasca idromassaggio 380€ per due notti partendo dal fatto che il riscaldamento non funziona e l’aria condizionata anche se spenta continua e siamo congelati dal freddo abbiamo controllato il frigo bar che ovviamente ci avevano detto che era incluso nel prezzo abbiamo dovuto pagare delle misere patatine da 60g 3.50€ dopo la prima notte siamo andati a far colazione nella stanza che ci avevano indicato il receptionist appena arrivati rimaniamo scioccati da quello che ci offro c’erano 4 brioche in croce e 4 tipi di torte sono abituato ad avere una colazione con sia salato dolce e qualsiasi sfizio uno voglia che ovviamente mi aspettavo per aver speso 380€ deludente appena finito stavamo andando via ma la cameriera ci ferma chiedendoci DI PAGARE io li sono rimasto senza parole poi là cameriere ci ha detto che dovevamo subito dire che eravamo ospiti per fortuna è stata gentile e ha chiuso un’occhio . le badanti molto maleducate ci hanno bussato per 4 volte alle 10 di mattina anche se abbiamo messo il segnale che la camera era occupata per lo più ALLE 22 di sera abbiamo sentito bussare mentre eravamo in vasca per tanto nella vasca il doccino non va e non parliamo del televisione in cui il wi fi non va e non ci sono neanche le impostazione per accedere ad internet quando siamo scesi per fare il check out abbiamo aperto la porta del balcone per ammirare la vista ma appena aperta ci è caduta in testa l’anta della tenda all’inizio abbiamo detto be si è sganciato fatto sta che abbiamo aperto uno champagne che abbiamo preso nel bar sotto di noi che fa parte sempre del padiglione e le badanti molto scortesemente ci hanno detto che non si può fare così perché abbiamo bagnato il pavimento sul balcone con il vino . al check out stavano per uscire ma ci ferma per dirci che l’anta che ci è caduta in testa dobbiamo pagarla 200€ anche dopo che gli abbiamo detto che ci è caduta in testa e andando pure a vedere come era messa ci ha detto che c’era di chiamare il tecnico anche se bastava riagancarla a delle presine bianche ho dovuto lasciare tutti i miei dati per venire a pagare ma nessuno problema perché non ci sono problemi di soldi ma veramente inaccettabile NON METTERÒ MAI PIÙ PIEDE IN...
