From entering we were warmly welcomed and our lack of Italian language did not matter, the extremely gracious waitress explained the whole menu in detail showing the pride and care they have in their food. Most of the menu changes in a daily basis and is therefore fresh and impeccably thought out. Menu at lunch includes around 6 dishes, we had a very refreshing gazpacho (~10€) and a mixed plate with half a portion of whole grain spaghetti with a housemade basil pesto and potato cream, as well as half of a “kebab” roll, which reminded me more of a veggie-wrap, but nevertheless delicious. I had the braised seitan with polenta and it was such a comforting dish. Cooked and seasoned to perfection!
My partner had a sweet potato soup which was also delicious but a bit too cool by the time it arrived.
