Lunch was a 2 hour and 10 minute ordeal. It took nearly 40 minutes for our orders to be taken since we sat down. Then a further 40 minutes for food to arrive. Meanwhile the staff were at the back door smoking.
The male bathroom door did not lock which meant I got the very unfortunate full frontal view of another very disgruntled customer using the toilet.
There was an annoying small dog barking during our visit as it appears that dogs are welcome, despite how poorly behaved they are.
When the food arrived, it was very high quality but totally ruined as it was submerged in excessive fatty oil.
A real shame.
From 5 stars we deduct a star for the toilet, a second star deducted for the slow service and a third star deducted for the food which was ruined by fatty oil.
