what to say... well we went there after reading the reviews, after taking some time to make up our mind, johny the Chef came and asked us what do you want. and then he said don't worry i make you anything you want i said choose for us, and he started listing thing and i said where are they in the menu ... he said n no not in the menu just tell me what you don't eat and ill cook for you. well he understand that we don't eat any pork and made sure none of it was in the food, and voila what a suprised 3 amazing dishes ,ravioli orecchitte and some slised tuna . next day we came back again and again and same suprises. last day my wife said she loves eggplant, he made us 3 different dishes till we couldn't no more and as well a none alcoholic tiramisu, we really felt like he was just of us. if you truly want to have a great experience and have none traditional food it is the place to be. thanks johny . btw he took in the kitchen and showed me how the dishes are made...

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare a "La Svolta 2" a Pietra Ligure, un ristorante che ci ha sorpreso positivamente sotto tutti gli aspetti e che consigliamo vivamente. Specializzato in piatti di pesce, offre pietanze di altissima qualità, ben presentate e con porzioni decisamente abbondanti. Ogni piatto che abbiamo provato è stato una vera delizia, preparato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. L'ambiente è unico e molto suggestivo: abbiamo cenato nella saletta chiamata "la grotta", caratterizzata da pareti in pietra a vista, luci soffuse e una musica soft di sottofondo, creando un’atmosfera perfetta per una cena romantica e rilassante. Questo spazio intimo contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza davvero speciale. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente professionale, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Il cameriere, oltre a essere molto disponibile, ha prestato particolare attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari della mia compagna, suggerendo piatti adatti e garantendo la massima attenzione nonostante l’assenza di una cucina separata per le intolleranze. Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto la disponibilità dello chef, che ci ha proposto fuori menù delle orecchiette spettacolari. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con un tocco finale di grande classe: a fine pasto ci è stato offerto un limoncello che ha concluso perfettamente la serata.

Anche se i prezzi sono leggermente superiori alla media, la qualità e l'abbondanza delle porzioni ripagano ampiamente. Un locale che merita davvero una visita, e al quale torneremo...
