We spent three nights here whilst touring Italy. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel very welcome by all the family. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean with fabulous views over the village. Questo ristorante è certamente posizionato al centro di Pietrapertosa, gode di una bella vista dalla Terrazzina che si affaccia su una delle vie principali del paese, il cibo potrebbe anche andare se non fosse che le porzioni sono striminzite e sovrapprezzo... è invece inaccettabile l'accoglienza della signora.... Sembra che siano infastiditi nel ricevere... La signora che ci ha servito al tavolo non ha saputo fornirmi indicazioni sulla presenza o meno di allergeni, inoltre il malumore è tangibile.. Alle domande fatte al momento dell'ordine o non abbiamo risposta o abbiamo ricevuto risposte sbrigative e ancora una volta non molto cortesi...Come se non bastasse ci siamo trovati a mangiare su un tavolino sgangherato di plastica... Anche il cameriere giovane non si salva, non è scortese (almeno lui) ma ci ha portato del vino inadatto alla cena, dolcissimo e di scarsa qualità..adatto al dessert e non al pasto...per dirla tutta imbottigliato e senza etichetta... A fine cena la signora è tornata sorridente a chiedere se fosse tutto ok... Almeno stavolta un sorriso 😅 sarebbe stato meglio ricevere sorrisi dall'inizio per rendere la permanenza al ristorante più gradevole...per non smentirsi anche al momento del pagamento, mentre andavamo via si è lasciata prendere da commenti e borbottava... Praticamente maleducata, inadatta al contatto con il pubblico... Una persona così dovrebbe al massimo portare un piatto al tavolo...
