Located in the historical center of Pinerolo, offering a prime location. Boasts an appealing decor and creates a pleasant atmosphere.

On the downside: Unfortunately the place is more about style over good quality ingredients and good hosting.

I personally found the waiter extremely arrogant. The main waiter spent a significant amount of time standing behind the bar on their phone while dirty plates remained on the table, resulting in service falling well below basic standards.

I was served raw sausage on my pizza (I suspect this was meant to be gourmet), but the menu didn't state that the meat was raw.

Ci siamo andati dopo aver sentito ottime cose da amici... purtroppo tutto il nostro cibo era piuttosto mediocre e non valeva i prezzi pagati. Ancora peggio, il cibo era freddo e il servizio era cordiale ma tremendamente lento.. il Nostromo era secco e troppo cotto, la Burrata cruda e fredda. Considerando che altri posti a Pinerolo fanno la pizza intorno ai 10 euro, il premio del 50% non è giustificato e consiglierei di andare altrove. Il servizio era gentile e cortese... ma il cibo lasciava molto a desiderare e il rapporto qualità/prezzo era molto scarso.

We went there after hearing great things from amici.. unfortunately all our food was pretty average and not worth the prices paid. Even worse the food was cold and service was friendly but achingly slow.. the Nostromo was dry and overcooked, the La Burrata undercooked and cold. All'inizio le aspettative erano molte alte in quanto il locale si presentava molto bene e i camerieri erano molto cordiali, prima cosa che non ci è piaciuta il fatto che non era indicato sul menù quanto costasse l'aggiunta di ingredienti sulla pizza. Arriviamo alle pizze, da premettere che l'impasto per la mia esperienza era molto buono, tutto il resto lasciava a desiderare a partire dalla cottura che era insufficiente in quanto la parte superiore era bruciacchiata e al di sotto completamente cruda, gli ingredienti messi completamente a caso e la loro qualità praticamente da discount, esempio i funghi erano letteralmente quelli del supermercato in lattina, viscidi e masticosi, il pomodoro era crudo e acido. Il tutto conferiva un malessere generale durante il pasto e personalmente anche a posteriori. Bisogna rimoderare i prezzi in primis in quanto pagando le pizze che non siano la margherita 15 € è parecchio esorbitante come prezzo, dato il rapporto con la qualità.
