La struttura del bagno è molto bella e ben curata il personale compresi i bagnini sono molto asettici e anche indisponente e tratti molto rigidi sembra quasi di essere degli ospiti indesiderati a volte, il bistro c’è il posto dove sopra si può mangiare a prezzi esorbitanti perciò che ti offre a un buffet molto scarso cucinato in modo approssimativo non coerente con il ristorante di pesce che hanno all’interno che ha sicuramente una ristorazione molto buona a prezzi elevati, appunto pranzare sopra è difficile non è un’esperienza buona e i prezzi sono molto alti perciò che ti servono. Sembra una gestione affidata a persone che non hanno una grossa competenza in materia o forse non hanno bisogno di fare un servizio eccellente quattro anni fa era tutto molto meglio, forse un pochino più alla buona ma comunque offriva un buon prodotto con buone quantità di pietanze ed offriva anche soprattutto un sorriso cordiale che non fa mai male adesso i musi sono molto lunghi le persone sono molto scocciate e come per il bagno Marylú in basso sembra quasi di essere degli ospiti indesiderati questo mi dispiace molto.l’unica nota positiva di questo posto un ragazzo e si dà un gran da fare a sparecchiare a pulire che sempre in movimento è veramente ogni presente è una buona risorsa.

Ich wollte meinen Geburtstag mit meinem Freund und unserem Hund in dem Restaurant Marta verbringen. Laut Google hatte das Restaurant den ganzen Tag geöffnet. Somit sind wir gegen 18.00 Uhr zu dem Restaurant (mit unserem Hund im Schlepptau). Dort wurden wir recht unhöflich gefragt was wir wollen und gebeten um 20.00 Uhr wiederzukommen. Okay.. Wir also los und haben uns für die Zwischenzeit eine kleine Bar gesucht welche wir zur Überbrückung genutzt haben. Punkt 20.00 Uhr standen wir dann wieder mit unserem Hund da und haben ganz lieb gefragt ob wir mit dem Hund rein könnten, da es bereits etwas Kühler geworden ist. Ein ehrliches Nein hätte absolut genügt aber nein das Personal hat uns ganz raffiniert versucht aus dem Restaurant zu bekommen. Der Kellner meinte (wieder) sehr unfreundlich, da müsse erst fragen ob ein Hund okay ist. Wir also kurz gewartet. Nach einiger Zeit kam er dann wieder zu uns raus und meinte (erneut) sehr unhöflich, dass alles reserviert ist und er uns keinen Tisch drinnen anbieten kann (kleine sidenote, es waren 2 Tische von ca. 35 belegt...) wir ihn nett angeschaut und meinten nur okay kein Problem und haben uns dann draußen hingesetzt. Darauf hin kam nach längerer Diskussion mit dem Kellner, der Koch raus, welcher uns mitteilte das einfach momentan drinnen zu viel zu tun ist (immernoch 2 Tische belegt) das sie uns draußen nicht bedienen können und es würde zudem auch jede Minute anfangen zu regnen.. (es war eine laue sommernacht mit Sternenklaren Himmel)... Wir haben uns daraufhin enttäuscht ein Restaurant in Pisa gesucht.

Es ist wirklich Kein Problem wenn Hunde in Restaurants nicht gewünscht sind. Aber ewig rumzudrucksen und sich märchengeschichten auszudenken ist einfach unnötig, vor allem nachdem wir ja 2 Stunden vorher mit unserem Hund dort waren. Sehr unproffesionell (und...
