McDonald's Pisa Aeroporto — Restaurant in Pisa

Food was good. Same as in any other McDonalds. We have arrived at 9:45am. It opens at 9am. There was only one person working. I’ve seen other 2 seating in the canteen. Order took ages which we didn’t mind just sat and waited. The only option to order is to do through the self service machines and there was no option to add additional sauce. So I waited o to get our meals when it arrived I said very nicely hello, can I please get some ketchup and mayo. The answer was it’s not free. No hello or anything. Just rude from the beginning. I was like yeah. That’s totally fine, I’ll pay. She started shouting at me that she is alone and everything must go through the screen self service. I told her there is no option. It would take her a minute to sell me the sauce instead she was checking on compute if the sauces are listed which took her much longer than to just sell me ketchup. I went to sit down and on the way I meet another staff and asked if she can show me how to buy a ketchup. She demanded my receipt which had nothing to do with what I wanted. I told her I didn’t pay for it and I want to purchase it. She still wanted to see receipt. Once I gave it to her she was like. I don’t see any sauces here. I told her again please show me where to buy. I just grabbed my wallet from bag and in second she just disappeared into kitchen. Shouting at everyone that they need to use self serving is absolutely disgusting. Not everybody can use modern technology. I get frustration of being busy and understaffed but to treat people this way is...

I was here yesterday afternoon. I ordered cheese balls, but they didn't have any cheese in them; they were literally empty. After insisting several times, I received new cheese balls, which were also empty! When I pointed this out at the counter, the manager hid behind the walls and had her staff handle it. The staff tried to convince me that the cheese was in the crust? After I said I wanted a refund, the manager left it to her staff again. After I asked other people in line if this was normal, they started laughing. I finally got new ones! (with an empty one). After all the references here, I definitely wouldn't accept this! The manager has no backbone and lets the staff...

They just weren't prepared for the rush. I ordered around 4pm and more people came after me. My order was being ignored because it was quite big I guess but still. Had to talk to them because they were serving everyone that came after me. They took over 20 minutes. I get maccies is not known for food quality but at least for speed and cheap prices - even though I got 3 wings for 5.40€ and they were the smallest ones I've seen in my life... They didn't even apologize for neglecting my order. Just quite poor.

Oh yh, and the screen...
