Great restaurant in the real heart of Pizzo... When you seat there you look on the main square of this city...We eat there two times and always food was amazing and so delicious... Pizza is especially good... The chef make food excellent... You can always find place there to have lunch or dinner and drink something,they have enough space... The price is correct... People who work there is so kind... All recommendations for visit and eat something good if you are in Pizzo and that part of Calabria👌

Abbiamo scelto di pranzare all'ombra dell'androne voltato all'ingresso, godendoci un po' di brezza; appena accomodati, i gestori si sono premurati di preavvertirci che ci sarebbe stata un po' di attesa dato il pienone e, successivamente, sono tornati a scusarsi per il ritardo. I piatti tutti buonissimi, a partire dalla carbonara di pesce alla grigliata mista di carne. Una menzione speciale la merita la pasta al nero di seppia con battuto di gambero rosso: deliziosa! Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vinello della casa e, per terminare, immancabile, un ottimo tartufo di Pizzo. Complimenti a tutto il personale (e al cuoco!!), raccomandiamo assolutamente e speriamo di avere occasione di tornare presto!

Abbiamo consumato 1 frittura mista di pesce OTTIMA, 1 pepata di cozze OTTIMA, 1 paccheri alla scogliera OTTIMA, 1 grigliata mista di pesce (poteva essere piu abbondate) OTTIMA, 1 Margherita + 1 Diavola OTTIME + 1 rosato Cirò Iuzzolini veramente TOP da provare. Conto 109,50 € onestissimo nonostante sia turistico. Non é da 5 stelle soltanto per via di tavoli e sedie in plastica e tovaglie in carta, per il resto ci siamo presentati senza prenotazione e ci hanno fatto accomodare immediatamente proprio sotto al "PORTICATO". Servizio cortese e disponibile. Non abbiamo provato altri ristoranti del posto ma questo lo consigliamo vivamente.

We had a very pleasant experience at Il Porticato. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We ordered a tasting board with a variety of local delicacies, along with a beer, Coke Zero, and water. The total came to €43 — very reasonable for the quality and presentation.

We came twice for a family dinner within a week. Both times we had to wait at least 45 minutes for the pizzas, even though the place wasn’t really full or too busy. The pizza itself was okay - nothing special, but not bad either.
